If you are receiving this email,  your RSVP was received, confirmed and your child’s name is on our list for the Tournament Day this Sunday.

IMPORTANT: It is imperative that if for any reason you are now unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust teams accordingly.
Please note we have organized teams by venue, age group and ability the best we can, these teams are final and we cannot make any elective changes going forward. However please note that if any players are unwell and are not able to play we might need to move some players around prior to, or on the day.

Please take a moment to read all the important information for the Tournament Day below. Teams and field map is attached. Please print this / keep a copy on your phone for yourself if you’d like to have one on the day. We will not have spares printed.




Tournament Day- Venue Details:

Where:   Robina High School (Investigator Drive, across the road from Robina Hospital) We will open the black gates (Gate 1/A) at the school, drive down the driveway and follow it down towards the School Oval- Limited Parking is available on school grounds. More parking available on Investigator drive.

When:   Sunday, 8th of September 2019
Kick off is at 8:45am & presentation will be finished at approx. 10:45am

Cost:   $20.00 cash for single players, $15.00 cash for sibling players.
Cash on the day only. Please try to have the correct money if possible.
Food and Drink available for purchase on the day, see below for details






When you arrive:


As you walk through the gate there will be two tables: 


Table 1 – Here you will make your payment, your child will be marked off and be given a coloured wristband.


Table 2 – Your child will receive a coloured bib which corresponds to the wristband colour. From here you will be given your field number and pointed in the right direction. 


Please head straight to your field. Coaches will be there to organise teams. It is important that all children keep their wristbands and bibs on at all times.



What to Bring on the Day:

* Full Little Big Sport Soccer Uniforms + Shinpads are to be worn
(Shinpads are compulsory for safety, Socks, Shinpads & Caps will be available for purchase on the day- see pricing and more info below).
* Drink Bottle with water
* Hat
* Soccer Boots (optional)


* Fruit to have between games


* Optional – chairs, picnic rug, Umbrella (Umbrella is recommended to bring for shade for spectators as there are no trees close to our fields.)

Jersey Mikes will be joining us on the day with their delicious subs available for purchase.

Junior Achiever Awards will be handed out to all participants entitling you to a 7 Inch Regular Sub, Small Fries & a Small Drink

**More Important Info for the Day**

Please remember that for some children, this is their first time playing competitive soccer games. We ask parents to be encouraging, supportive and positive for all teams and all participants so that everyone can have a great, fun experience.

Please understand that children have already been organized into their teams and no changes can be made from now on, with the only exception being on the day in the case of a child being unwell or unable to participate (in this case a last minute change may need to be made).

*Please kindly note our office is closed over the weekend and all of our staff will be busy preparing the fields, so we will be unable to answer any phone calls on the day. If you have any questions or are unsure about the venue location, please contact us before the day.


Shinpads, socks & hats will be available for purchase on the day.

Shinpads:  $10.00 a pair
Soccer Socks: $13.00 a pair
Hats: $15.00

If you are hoping to make a purchase on the day, please have the correct change.





There are 11 fields being used on the day, each field has an allocated number and color which will be displayed on cones at each field.

Please make sure you are not situated too close to the fields, please give the teams plenty of space to play. We will also have an allocated area for parents and spectators; please do not set up between fields, see diagram below.

If your child needs a bathroom break; please make sure you are on time returning to your field.
The number of players on each team playing need to be even, therefore a child may need to be substituted on the team with a greater number.
Following the schedule, we will have the games finished by 10:15am.

At the end of the games, we need all the children to head over to the presentation table to announce the team winners for each age group; Winners will be receiving a special Little Big Sport medal and Jersey Mikes Award.

All other children will receive a medal and a certificate from Jersey Mikes to be used at any Jersey Mikes store. (Cannot be used on the day)

Jersey Mikes will be selling their delicious, discounted subs on the day. (Cash Only)

We ask parents to be encouraging and supportive to insure all of the little ones have a positive and fun experience.




If your little one would like to have a kick prior to start time, please bring your own soccer ball.
